Service Standards
I put the same care into your gun as I would my own — every detail matters, and I don’t send it back until I’d be proud to run it myself on the field. I stand behind my work with a 30-day warranty on all services and 90 days on custom builds, because I believe in doing the job right. But just like any high-use piece of gear, routine maintenance is key. Regular cleaning, re-lubing, and inspections will keep your gun running strong, and I’m always here to help keep it mission-ready.
Build Ethics
Safety and responsibility comes first. Every build we create is designed to meet field velocity limits, because airsoft is about fun and fair play—not causing injury. Whether you’re running a rifleman or CQB setup, we ensure your replica shoots within the proper limits for your field and with the BB weight of your choice. For DMR builds, full-auto is permanently disabled to honor class requirements and maintain balance on the field. Our goal is to give you reliable performance while keeping the game safe for everyone.
Service Policies
- All guns must be contained in a box, bag or case. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All loose parts, bits, pieces must be contained in separate bags, boxes, containers within the main container.
- All jobs must include a completed Service Request Form.
- If you are shipping a job to us, please submit a Service Request Form and once we have approved and responded you will be provided shipping instructions.
- DO NOT SHIP guns or equipment without prior approval.
- All jobs are subject to an initial diagnostic charge as outline on our Rates page.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged guns, and parts due to improper packaging.
Rates
Behind every great airsoft gun is the fine-tuning that makes it run smooth, reliable, and field-ready. My tech services focus on the details — shimming, wiring, compression, and performance checks — the small things that make a big difference. If it’s not something I’d trust in my own hands on game day, it doesn’t leave my bench.
Things break — it’s part of the hobby. From stripped gears and electrical issues to hop-up problems and air leaks, I take the time to get to the root of the issue and fix it right. My goal isn’t just to patch your gun up, but to return it to you in better shape than before, ready for many more hours of field time.
Custom Airsoft Gun Builds
A custom build is where airsoft truly becomes personal. Whether you want a CQB speed build, a long-range DMR, or something unique to your playstyle, I’ll work with you to design a platform that feels like an extension of you. Every build is carefully planned, tested, and refined so that when you step onto the field, you know your gun is built for your mission.
