Airsoft Rentals
Ox Airtech provides complete airsoft equipment rentals for individuals and groups attending independently organized games in Penticton and the South Okanagan at approved dedicated Airsoft fields and facilities.
Our role is to supply, inspect and maintain the rental equipment and show each renter how to operate it correctly. Ox Airtech does not own or operate the playing field, schedule games, admit participants, marshal gameplay or provide the field safety briefing.
Before reserving equipment, confirm the game date and your eligibility to participate with the applicable game organizer.
Choose Your Equipment Package
Basic Airsoft Rental — $45 per player
A complete equipment package for new and recreational players.
Includes:
- Basic electric airsoft rifle
- Charged battery
- Two loaded 380-round high-capacity magazines
- Protective goggles
- Lower-face mask
- Tactical vest
The two loaded magazines provide up to approximately 760 rounds.
Pro Airsoft Rental — $55 per player
An upgraded package for players who want higher-quality equipment and a more realistic magazine setup.
Includes:
- Upgraded electric airsoft rifle
- Red-dot sight
- Charged battery
- Four loaded 120-round mid-capacity magazines
- Protective goggles
- Lower-face mask
- Tactical vest
The four loaded magazines provide up to approximately 480 rounds.
Night Game Pro Equipment Rental — $65 per player
An upgraded package specifically equipped for confirmed night games.
Includes:
- Upgraded electric airsoft rifle
- Red-dot sight
- Tracer unit
- Weapon-mounted flashlight
- Charged battery
- Four loaded mid-capacity magazines
- Tracer BBs
- Protective goggles
- Lower-face mask
- Tactical vest
A maximum of four Night Game Pro packages are available per event.
Additional Fees
Some fields may require additional fees to play at their field. These fees are separate and not included with the equipment rental.
Group Equipment Rentals
Ox Airtech can provide a mixture of Basic, Pro and Night Game Pro equipment for groups of up to 16 rental players.
Package combinations are subject to availability. Some equipment may be held in reserve so that a replacement can be provided if a rental develops a mechanical problem.
Equipment reservations do not include game admission and do not confirm that a game will take place. Groups must separately confirm their event with the applicable game organizer.
Equipment Orientation
Every renter receives an Ox Airtech equipment orientation before taking possession of the rental.
The orientation covers:
- Rifle controls
- Safety selector operation
- Safe muzzle direction
- Trigger discipline
- Magazine installation and removal
- Battery precautions
- Barrel-cover requirements
- Approved ammunition
- Malfunction procedures
- Mandatory goggles and lower-face protection
- Equipment return procedures
This orientation concerns the rental equipment only. The event organizer provides a separate field and gameplay safety briefing.
Completion of an Ox Airtech equipment orientation does not replace the game organizer’s field briefing.
Protective Equipment Is Mandatory
Approved goggles and a lower-face mask must be worn as required while using Ox Airtech equipment.
Ox Airtech may refuse to issue equipment or immediately withdraw a rental if the participant:
- Removes required protective equipment
- Misuses the equipment
- Transfers it without permission
- Uses unapproved ammunition
- Attempts to modify or repair it
- Fails to follow the equipment instructions
- Appears unable to use it safely
The event organizer separately establishes and enforces the rules that apply to all participants at the playing location.
Ammunition
Each package includes the loaded magazines listed in its description. Most new players do not require additional ammunition.
Additional ammunition is not unlimited. Approved BBs may be purchased separately from Ox Airtech.
Only BBs supplied or expressly approved by Ox Airtech may be used in rental rifles. Using unapproved ammunition may damage the equipment and may end the rental.
Equipment Problems and Replacements
Airsoft equipment is mechanical and can occasionally malfunction.
Stop using the equipment immediately and notify Ox Airtech if a rental:
- Is damaged
- Overheats
- Makes an unusual sound
- Fires unexpectedly
- Stops operating correctly
- Appears unsafe
Do not attempt to repair or disassemble rental equipment.
When available, Ox Airtech will provide a suitable replacement. If a reserved Pro package cannot be replaced with another Pro package, a Basic package may be substituted and the equipment price difference refunded.
Group Reservations and No-Shows
An estimated number of players does not reserve equipment.
The group organizer must confirm the final number and mix of equipment packages and complete the required rental payment no later than 72 hours before the event.
After the confirmation deadline:
- Confirmed equipment rentals are non-refundable.
- A rental may be transferred to another eligible participant.
- Individual no-shows do not reduce the confirmed rental total.
- Additional equipment may be added only when available.
- Package changes remain subject to availability.
This policy reflects the inspection, battery charging, magazine loading, preparation, transportation and organization required before a group arrives.
If the game organizer cancels the entire event, the affected equipment payment may be transferred to another available date. Any refund or rescheduling decision concerning field participation is handled separately by the game organizer.
Rental Agreement
Every adult renter must complete the Ox Airtech Equipment Rental Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Adult Release before receiving equipment.
For a participant under 19, a parent or legal guardian must complete the applicable parent/guardian consent and equipment-responsibility section. Additional age and supervision requirements may be imposed by the game organizer.
The rental agreement applies only to the equipment supplied by Ox Airtech. Field access and game participation are governed separately by the game organizer.
Before Reserving Equipment
Please have the following information available:
- Confirmed game date
- Renter’s full legal name
- Date of birth
- Contact information
- Emergency contact
- Selected rental package
- Group organizer’s name, if applicable
- Number and ages of any participants under 19
A reservation is not confirmed until accepted by Ox Airtech and the required equipment payment has been received.
Ox Airtech is operated by IAPZ Technology Inc., a Canadian corporation. Ox Airtech supplies rental equipment and equipment-use instruction only. It does not own or operate the Penticton Airsoft playing location or administer independently organized games.
