Rates
Bench Diagnostic - $40
This is my initial fee to get our Airsoft gun on the bench, disassembled and determine what it needs. From here I will come up with a plan, and a detailed quote to get it running.
*If you choose to go ahead with the quote, the Bench Diagnostic Fee is reduced to $20 and added to the final bill.
*If you choose to not go ahead with the repair or service, you can pay the Fee and get your item back, or choose to donate your boneyard as a parts donor and have the fee waived.
*In some instances this isn’t the case and diagnosis can be made without disassembly. Those instances will have a reduce Bench Diagnostic Fee or possibly none at all depending on the time required.
Service Rate - $50 per hour
Labour is charged at $50 per hour and usually will be quoted ahead of time.
Parts and Accessories
I stock a fair amount of parts on hand, but this comes at a cost to me. We do have wholesale accounts with some suppliers so can offer those parts at fair market value, but in some cases there may be a premium to use on hand parts or if we have to special order something in for you. Typical markup is 15%, so if it’s a specialty item, I will give you the option of ordering and providing, or I can order and charge you with markup.
You are welcome to order and provide your own parts, but please be advised compatibility can sometimes be an issue so what you want to work in your project may not necessarily work. This is why I stock options, so if something doesn’t mesh, we have the ability to pivot to something that will work. I can’t and won’t take responsibility if you order parts that aren’t compatible.
All parts will be quoted before the work begins, but in the case of incompatibility, you will be notified in advance and given options. If parts need to be ordered, there may be additional shipping and duty charges.
